Sure, everyone loves mistletoe because it gives us an excuse to plant a big one the object of our affection, but what most people don’t is know that this magical botanical can be used for nefarious purposes as well…

Tyramine is a poisonous alkaloid found in the berries of the holiday plant mistletoe, and while it may not be quite so terrifyingly dangerous as a Segway, the enterprising evil-doer may find it useful for bringing an untimely end to annoying holiday guests.
